PB'NJ Tours Activities
There are so many activities to fill your days
Day 1
– Arrive this afternoon in Savannah. Check into your hotel in the historic district. Upon arrival, pick up the information packet from PB’NJ Tours from the hotel front desk.
– Dinner at a local downtown restaurant.
– Following dinner, your troop will meet the carriage from Carriage Tours of Savannah in City Market, at the intersection of Jefferson and St. Julian, for a one hour horse-drawn historic tour of the city.
Day 2
– Breakfast at the hotel.
– Arrive at the Juliette Gordon Low Birthplace, located on the corner of Bull St. and Oglethorpe Ave. for your session and tour. (This program needs to be reserved and paid for on your own.)
– Lunch at a local deli, near the Birthplace.
– This afternoon, your troop will arrive at the Andrew Low House museum for a staff-guided tour of this final home of Juliette Low.
– Following this tour you will be scheduled for a tour of the First Girl Scout Headquarters, located in the carriage house behind the Andrew Low House.
– Dinner at a local restaurant.
– Following dinner, the group will meet your private tour guide for the beginning of the 1 ½ hour “Scouting for Spirits” walking ghost tour. A souvenir patch will be given to each scout after the tour.
Day 3
– Breakfast at the hotel.
– This morning you will be scheduled for a tour of the Tybee Island Lighthouse, which will include the historic outbuildings, the museum and Fort Screven, which is adjacent to the lighthouse.
– Lunch today will be at Subway on Tybrisa St. near the Tybee Pier.
– This afternoon you will meet the staff at the Marine Science Center, located at the foot of the Tybee Pier for the 2-hour, Coastal Georgia badge program with a variety of beach/ecology activities in the museum and the tidepools along the shore.
– Enjoy some free time on the public beach this afternoon. The city lifeguards are stationed near the Tybee pier.
– Dinner at a local restaurant.
– Free time to finish shopping this evening.
Day 4
– Breakfast at the hotel.
– Check out of the hotel and depart at your leisure. Have a great trip home!
Day 1
– Arrive in Savannah this afternoon. Meet the transportation driver at the airport baggage claim area for transfer to your hotel. Check into your hotel in downtown Savannah. Upon arrival, pick up the information packet from PB’NJ Tours at the hotel front desk.
– Dinner at a local downtown restaurant.
– Following dinner, your troop will meet the carriage from Carriage Tours of Savannah in City Market, at the intersection of Jefferson and St. Julian, for a one hour horse-drawn historic tour of the city.
Day 2
– Breakfast at the hotel.
– Arrive at the Juliette Gordon Low Birthplace, located on the corner of Bull St. and Oglethorpe Ave. for your scout program. (This program needs to be reserved and paid for on your own.)
– Lunch at a local deli near the Birthplace.
– This afternoon meet the crew from “Dolphin Magic” on East River St., for the beginning of a 2 hour dolphin nature cruise.
– Dinner this evening will be a pizza party by the hotel pool. Pizzas, soft drinks and desserts will be delivered and served to you by a staff member, and we will provide a lifeguard for 2 hours.
Day 3
– Breakfast at the hotel.
– Meet the bus transportation at the hotel for your charter to Tybee Island.
– This morning you will be scheduled for a tour of the Tybee Island Lighthouse.
– Lunch today will be at Subway on Tybrisa St. near the Tybee Pier.
– This afternoon you will meet the staff at the Marine Science Center for the 2-hour, Coastal Georgia badge program with a variety of beach/ecology activities in the museum and the tidepools along the shore.
– Enjoy some free time on the public beach this afternoon. The city lifeguards are stationed near the Tybee pier.
– Arrive back at the hotel to clean up before dinner.
– Dinner at a local restaurant.
– Free time to finish shopping this evening.
Day 4
– Breakfast at the hotel.
– Arrive at the Andrew Low House museum for a staff-guided tour of this final home of Juliette Low.
– Following this tour you will be scheduled for a tour of the First Girl Scout Headquarters, located in the carriage house behind the Andrew Low House.
– Box lunch from a local restaurant.
– This afternoon you will meet the trolley from Old Savannah Tours for the beginning of the 2-hour “Discover Savannah” tour, with special focus on Juliette Low’s influence on Savannah. This tour will include a visit to Laurel Grove Cemetery, and the scouts will receive an IP badge at the end of the tour.
– Dinner at a local restaurant.
– Following dinner, the group will meet your private tour guide for the beginning of the 1 ½ hour “Scouting for Spirits” walking ghost tour. A souvenir patch will be given to each scout after the tour.
Day 5
– Breakfast at the hotel.
– Check out of the hotel and meet the bus transportation for transfer back to the airport. Have a great trip home!

– Dinner and evening activties on your own.
